Classes & programs
Every workout we write gets scaled to the person in front of us. Same class, same energy, different weights, different movements, same result: you leave better than you came in.
60 minutes · all levels · the core product
Sixty minutes, coach led, warm up to cool down. Strength, conditioning and gymnastics, with a whiteboard that changes every day so it never gets boring. You will learn the movements before you load them.
30 minutes · no barbell · no experience
Warm up, then cardio on the bike, rower, rope or feet, bodyweight conditioning, dumbbells and medicine balls. In and out in half an hour. Built for three people: the one with no time, the one who has never trained, and the one who has no interest in heavy barbells.
Saturdays, 9:00 AM · bring a friend
The best hour of our week. You split the work with a partner, which means the workout is honest and the hour is loud. Bring a friend who has never set foot in a gym. This is the easiest way to see what we are about.
Open gym runs 8:00 to 9:00 before it

The day's workout is on the board, or do your own thing. Chase a lift, finish something you missed, put twenty minutes on the rower. Coaches are usually on the floor if you want eyes on a movement.
Typically mornings after class and 8:00 to 9:00 Saturday
See the schedule →Low impact · 55 and over
Strength, balance and mobility that keeps you doing what you already love: on the water, in the garden, up and down the dock, on the floor with the grandkids. Low impact, sensibly loaded, coached the whole way.
If you have not trained in twenty years, this is the door. Nobody starts fit.
Ask about VitalitySeasonal · summer, when school is out
Movement, games and confidence. Not a shrunken adult workout. Kids learn to jump, hang, carry, squat and lose to each other with good grace, which is most of what strength training is anyway.
Parents can train in the class next door. Strollers park in the corner. That happens here more than you would think.

Best for coming back from an injury, prepping for something specific, or if groups simply are not your thing. We also write endurance programming for members chasing a distance event.
Tell us what you want out of it and we will point you at the right class. Then the first one is free.
